Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?
NO! Stop in anytime during business hours, someone will always be available to help you!
Do I need more then one estimate?
No! You only need one estimate from where you would like your car repaired. Your insurance company may write an estimate, we will work off that estimate and contact that insurance company if we find hidden damage.
I need my car towed, who should I call?
We highly recommend calling Twin City Transport for all your towing needs. 24 hours a day @ 651-642-1446
Do I have to have my vehicle repaired where my insurance company said to go?
No! You have the right to choose the repair shop of your choice. Century Avenue Collision works with ALL insurance companies.
How long will repairs take?
That will depend on the extent of damage there is to your vehicle. We will start work on your vehicle as soon as we have the authorization from the insurance company. Once we have your vehicle taken apart, we will have an idea of length of repairs.
Do you have loan cars available?
Yes, we have a fleet of loaner cars and rental cars available for our customers.
